Seminar Title: “Brexit – Breaking Up is Hard to Do: Is Brexit really going to happen?”
Seminar Description: “Brexit means Brexit”, as the British Prime Minister regularly reminds us.  Yet, what Brexit really means remains to be seen.  This seminar will describe the political, economic, and administrative/legal landscape that will shape whether, when, and how the United Kingdom will formally leave the European Union.
